Reconnective Healing

Reconnective Healing is a holistic energy practice aimed at restoring balance on all levels of being. Accessible to all, regardless of age or health status, sessions can be conducted in person or remotely, catering to anyone seeking well-being, peace, and harmony on physical, emotional, and mental levels.

While most people seek sessions for specific issues, it’s essential to approach the session with detachment and confidence, fostering a state of surrender and receptivity conducive to harmonization. The practitioner does not diagnose or influence how the rebalancing manifests. He acts as a catalyst, allowing the body’s (and life’s) intelligence to optimize energetic coherence where needed.

Each session is unique. Sensations may vary from person to person, often including feelings of warmth or cold, tingling, involuntary body movements, visions of shapes, colors and light, or hearing sounds, etc. These reactions are natural, and it’s important to welcome them without judgment or control.

Some individuals may not experience any particular sensation; therefore, it’s noteworthy that there’s no predetermined correlation between sensations and ongoing energetic work.

Feedback from Reconnective Healing sessions often highlights a general improvement in well-being, a reduction in physical pain and emotional disturbances, as well as a renewed sense of energy. Additionally, there’s often an illumination and awareness of previously unidentified life issues.

These sessions do not constitute therapy per se but complement other medical or therapeutic approaches. No specific preparation is required before a session, except to avoid substances altering consciousness.

In essence, healing is the release or removal of a block or interference that has kept us separate from the perfection of the universe.

Remote Session:
A remote session follows the same format as an in-person session. An appointment will be scheduled for a specific time. At the agreed-upon time, you are invited to lie comfortably on your back, with closed eyes, being attentive to your sensations. The session typically lasts around 30 minutes. Following the session, a debriefing will be conducted over the phone to share your experience and feelings.
