Terms and Conditions Agreement

By booking a session, you understand and accept these Terms & Conditions.
It’s important that by having read this document, you can make an informed decision so that we may enter an agreement that is clear and valid.

The Reconnective Healing and the Personal Reconnection sessions that I offer you as a certified practitioner, according to the teaching of Eric Pearl, take place in an environment that is respectful of everyone and that is based on kindness, non-judgment and confidentiality, apart from dogmatism, religious or sectarian framework.

These energy sessions are given without diagnosis, without interpretation, without prescription and they do not require physical contact.

BOOKING

You can book an appointment online or by phone.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance.
You can also cancel or reschedule your appointment online in your Account page, up to 48 hours before.

PAYMENT

Session can be paid:
– online via PayPal when making an appointment
– on site: cash or check accepted.
Distance Reconnective Healing sessions must be paid online via PayPal during the booking process.

REFUND

If a prepaid appointment is cancelled within the cancellation period (up to 48 hours before the session), I will automatically refund the amount you paid.
Regarding the refund of a booking paid through PayPal, PayPal commission fees will be deducted from the refund amount (according to the commission rate in effect at the time of the booking).

PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION

The data contained in the contact form and in the booking process (surname, first name, email address, phone number) is kept only for professional purposes and is used to communicate information related to the Reconnection and to our services (information request, appointment management…).
Under no circumstances will it be passed on to third parties. It is processed in strict respect of privacy, in accordance with the law (RGPD).
You have a right to access, rectify and delete data concerning you by sending an email to info@dominiquetardy.com.
